Charles Berry has served as the CEO of TotalCareIT since July 2001, leading the development and implementation of IT strategies that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of President at Prevailing Networks, Inc. until the company name change to Total Care IT. His earlier experience includes working as a Senior Engineer at Western Digitech, where responsibilities included analyzing network communication issues and mentoring junior engineers.
